Use this space in a way that works for you

You choose short online courses based on what is useful to you at the time.

Courses are available on demand and can be started whenever it suits you.

There is no set order and no expectation that you complete everything.

You decide what is relevant based on the situations you are dealing with now.

Courses are designed to work without live sessions so learning does not depend on schedules, availability, or energy on a given day.

Fits around professionals lives

Courses are broken into small manageable pieces.

There are no fixed schedules.

Some courses include optional Zoom sessions for those who find live discussion helpful. These are never required.

You can engage during quieter periods, pause when work is busy, and return later.

Learning remains available across the year so support is there when situations arise.

Choose your level of participation

You can engage at different levels depending on what you need right now.

  • Explore

Read or watch key material to understand an idea.

  • Apply

Work through practical examples or tools you can use in practice.

  • Extend

Take part in optional discussion or deeper reflection.

Assessments and depth

Some courses include short assessments designed to support learning and reflection. These are not tests.

You choose how deeply you engage.

If you would like more detail, you can read about our learning framework here

Completing a course

You work through each course at your own pace.

When you complete a course, a certificate of completion is provided. A digital badge is also available if you wish to use it.

You can return to completed courses at any time to revisit content or discussion.

The Wellbeing Project is a Stackable Group initiative.

The Wellbeing Project was developed with support from Deakin University through Spark Deakin to rethink professional learning for real world practice.

Before there were classrooms, there were stories in the stars.

We learn on Wurundjeri land, home of the Manna Gum, a tree of medicine, meaning, and memory.

We honour Elders past and present, the original teachers, and recognise their continuing connection to land, water, and community.
